A global fintech/payments organisation undertook a Paris office refurbishment requiring reliable, enterprise-grade workplace technology, to be delivered at pace with consistent standards across meeting spaces and shared areas. The site location in the centre of the city added practical constraints around deliveries, access windows and on-site coordination.
The project demanded a blend of high-volume roll-out, for everyday meeting and communications needs, and high-performance spaces for executive and event use.
To secure this, Trans Comms’ secured clear digital signage (with 29 commercial displays in varied formats and with mounting solutions) and visual communications across the workplace. Our video collaboration enabled 16 Poly room systems with associated controllers, wall mounts, while for the boardroom Trans Comms specified high quality AV solutions to reflect a fully engineered room.
The event space centred on a professional audio front-end, including Shure ULX-D wireless microphones, antennas, charging and ceiling loudspeakers.
The scope also shows active change management: several line items were adjusted or removed at client request, and a late requirement (adapter provision) was evidence of responsive delivery governance.
