Trans Comms delivered a workplace technology

Trans Comms was engaged to deliver a workplace technology project in Berlin, Germany, for an international marketing and digital communications agency. This was classified as a Tier 2 (CATb) deployment, requiring disciplined planning and coordinated execution alongside technical competence. Delivery took place outside a home market, requiring tight alignment with local site teams and wider programme partners.

Workplace technology projects in major European cities frequently involve a complex delivery environment, with site access and logistics planned around building rules and constrained delivery windows, and installation activity sequenced with other trades during fit-out or refurbishment.

In Berlin, local working practices, compliance expectations and day-to-day coordination formed a critical part of effective delivery. Site-ready planning ensured resources, materials, and access requirements were organised to meet planned installation windows.

This project illustrates Trans Comms’ ability to deliver working technology across a stable environment in an EMEA context, with proven and consistent mobilisation and a clear handover ensuring business-as-usual practices are retained.

Trans Comms can deliver workplace technology reliably across EMEA, in major European capital cities where we support organisations needing consistent delivery standards across multiple locations.
