Trans Comms was appointed to deliver a workplace technology programme in Berlin for a high-profile global travel technology organisation, supporting the client’s operational presence in Germany and reinforcing our capability to deliver consistently across the EMEA region.

Positioned as a Tier 1 (CATa) engagement, the project demanded an enterprise-ready approach: rigorous planning, controlled execution, and a strong focus on user experience and day-one operational readiness.

Installation competence is a given when delivering workplace technology in a live commercial environment amid the practical realities of cross-border delivery: international logistics, local site protocols, and collaboration across time zones and languages within a European capital.
